Interactive Use Cases🔗

The Textkernel integration with Bullhorn supports the following use cases for interactive users (recruiters)

CV/Resume Parsing for creating new candidate records in Bullhorn🔗

Users can manually upload a CV or resume from anywhere on their computer for the purpose of creating a new candidate record in Bullhorn. The resume parsing technology is able to parse resumes in different formats and languages. Check the overview Supported Parsing Languages and Supported File Formats for more information.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Deduplication - when the user uploads a resume via Add candidate and a duplicate is found, the user is presented with the options to either create a new profile or update an existing one. A candidate is considered to be a duplicate when at least one of the statements below is found to be true in the following decreasing order of score (importance):
    • Parsed email address is found on an existing candidate record in Bullhorn;
    • Parsed first name and last name is found on an existing candidate record in Bullhorn;
    • Parsed mobile number is found on an existing candidate record in Bullhorn;
    • Parsed phone number is found on an existing candidate record in Bullhorn;
    • Parsed date of birth is found on an existing record in Bullhorn.
  • Review screen - parsing results will be presented to the user for review with the original resume on the left hand side and the parsed values on the right side. The user can easily navigate through the results before creating a candidate record in Bullhorn.

Sourcing and matching🔗

Internal (Bullhorn) candidate sourcing🔗

Users can leverage the value of the internal Bullhorn database by sourcing directly in the ATS and find best-fit candidates they didn’t even know they had with Textkernel semantic Search!.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Ability to save useful search queries for later use in a Search! project, where interesting candidates can be saved as well;
  • Ability to share the Search! project with colleagues and set email alerts, with multiple recipients, to receive daily/weekly/monthly updates of new records that match the saved search query;
  • Access to a Search! report dashboard for users to track the usage of Textkernel Search!.

Job Matching🔗

Users can find relevant profiles automatically in multiple databases, internally and externally, simultaneously. The user can easily add the profiles to a talentpool in Bullhorn, which can later on be directly consulted when a similar profile is needed.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Start Textkernel match directly from a job record in Bullhorn;
  • Fine tune the automatically generated match query.

Automated Shortlisting🔗

Automated shortlisting helps the user save time on shortlisting candidate supply by providing a list of good matches with a single click. To ensure high quality matches, matches are based on the entire vacancy and not just keywords or phrases.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Compare or view results in a side-by-side view;
  • Add relevant profiles to a Bullhorn Tearsheet from Textkernel Search!.

Rank My Applicants🔗

Users can find relevant profiles in a pool of online applicants with a single click from a Bullhorn job record. The applicants will automatically be ranked in Textkernel Candidate Search for further review. The user can easily add the profiles to a talentpool in Bullhorn, which can later on be directly consulted.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Start Rank my Applicants directly from a job record in Bullhorn;
  • Add the top ranked applicants to a Tearsheet directly from Textkernel.

Find Similar Candidates🔗

Users can find similar candidate profiles (based on an existing candidate profile) automatically in multiple databases, internally and externally, simultaneously.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Start Find Similar Candidates match directly from a candidate record in Bullhorn;
  • Fine tune the automatically generated match query.

The following are supported use cases if Source is included in the licenses.

External Talent sourcing and profile importing🔗

Users can run a single search against multiple external sources, reducing time spent searching across different candidate sourcing tools. And, through seamless integration into the Bullhorn, candidates can easily be added to workflows.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Ability to access different talent databases from the Textkernel interface.

Users can easily and quickly import profiles found in external talent databases with a single click to Bullhorn. A candidate record will automatically be created in Bullhorn and be searchable in Textkernel.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others: - Ability to add the LinkedIn Chrome Extension that will allows users to import LinkedIn profiles into Bullhorn.

Silver Medalists for Business Development🔗

Users can match a silver medalist, with a single click, against all direct employer jobs on the market through MarketIQ. This maximizes the return on sourcing investment, ensuring to get the most out of every hour.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Match a silver medalist from Bullhorn to MarketIQ jobs;
  • Match a silver medalist from Textkernel Search! to MarketIQ jobs;
  • Fine tune the match query more to search through MarketIQ jobs.

Lead Generation🔗

MarketIQ allows users to focus on opportunities with a higher chance of success, increasing the sales efficiency and business development, by providing real-time labor market insights and the possibility to react immediately to market changes ahead of competition.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Ability to access labor market information from different countries within Textkernel;
  • Ability to save useful search queries for later use in My Jobfeed, where interesting jobs can be saved as well;
  • Ability to set (email) alerts with multiple recipients, to receive updates of new jobs that match the saved search query.

MarketIQ Lead integration🔗

Users can export interesting jobs to the ATS with a single click from MarketIQ. A job lead is created in Bullhorn and can easily be converted to a job as input for the business development dashboard.

Note: please take the Prerequisites for MarketIQ Lead integration, into consideration.

Competitor Hiring Analysis🔗

Users can perform analysis on their own advertised jobs against key competitors, recruiters in general, and the overall labor market using Analytics reports. These reports can easily be exported from the MarketIQ Portal to MS Excel, where additional analysis can take place.

Labour Market Analysis🔗

Users have access to historical information covering specific aspects of the labor market across predefined periods.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Ability to filter on different key labor market factors such as region, profession etc.

Skills Trend Analysis🔗

Users can include labor market skill demands in their reports and analysis to understand the impact on related jobs. Live MarketIQ data feeds are available as a data source to connect directly into internal analytics platforms and provide historical context and real-time labor market shifts.

Users have access to the following functionalities, among others:

  • Ability to filter on skills in demand for a specific search query.
